I represent a limited number of clients facing charges. No hourly meter running every time you call. No surprise invoices. No awkward conversation about an additional trial fee late in the case. One flat fee for your defense, agreed up front.

How My Fees Work

From the beginning of your representation, I prepare your case for trial. My flat fee already includes taking the case to trial, so I have no financial reason to push you toward a quick guilty plea, and there is no surprise trial fee later. When a fee is set low at the outset without trial included, the additional cost of time spent in a trial can surface later. I price the trial in from the start, so that does not happen here.

• One flat fee, trial included. You'll know the full cost of your defense before you hire me, and it already covers the cost of a trial. You will not be in the difficult situation of a prosecutor pressuring you to accept a plea agreement late in the case because you cannot afford the cost of a trial. This takes away leverage from the prosecution.
• Quoted to your case. The right fee depends on the charges, the complexity, and what your defense actually requires, so I quote it directly in your consultation rather than advertising a fee that cannot account for your situation.
• Flexible for serious cases. For high level felony charges, the fee can be split into two payments. This payment plan is subject to my approval and your ability to pay.
• What it doesn't cover. My fee does not include post-conviction work on the case such as appeals, post-conviction relief, expungements, and probation violations. I do handle these matters, but under a separate agreement.
